Celebrity couple and Hollywood staples Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are unloading their Beverly Hills home, listing the property Tuesday for $13.99 million.

The East Coast-style spread, complete with exterior paneling and charming window shutters, is tucked away within the upscale gated community of Hidden Valley, an ultra-exclusive enclave in Los Angeles that is packed with pricey abodes and noteworthy residents such as Adele, Penelope Cruz and Nicole Kidman.

The 7,351-square-foot home is loaded with “incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail,” according to the listing with Justin P. Huchel of Hilton & Hyland. Mr. Huchel did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

There is oak flooring, hand-crafted mouldings, stately fireplaces and a mahogany-paneled office. The decorative features are alongside “elegant and functional living spaces,” the listing said, such as the cook’s kitchen, formal dining room and wet bar.

The five-bedroom home also features a temperature-controlled wine room, a sauna and a gym. Plus, the grounds of the property, which span a little over half an acre, are home to an outdoor kitchen, a bar and a swimming pool.
